Tuesday: One Lake, 3.57 miles, 33:19 (9:19/mile)
Wednesday: Two Lakes, 7.14 miles, 1:06:03 (9:15/mile)
Thursday: Farked Off
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 10.71, 1:43:41 (9:40/mile)
Sunday: Rest

All in all I had a good week. Even though I skipped a training run for the first time since I started keeping track I had a really good long run. I ran farther and felt better than at anytime previously - a physical high that carried on until sometime Sunday when I managed to finally beat it back into submission by eating bratwurst and drinking beer all afternoon.
