Warning Sports Nuts!
Ran my last long run last night before the half marathon next weekend. I know you aren't supposed to run training runs longer than your actual event but that is what I did last night. Turned out to be not so bright a move as I hadn't run since last Friday and my body wasn't ready for it. Oh well, I guess I'll be a little soar two Saturdays in a row.
